No general financial advice
We provide credit advice in our capacity as a mortgage broker. We do NOT provide:

- Investment advice on assets other than mortgaged property structures
Compensation disclosure
Our compensation comes primarily from lenders in the form of upfront and trail commissions. The exact structure varies by lender and product. We disclose the specific compensation we receive on each loan in your loan documentation. We do not charge clients ongoing fees for residential mortgage broking.
For complex commercial or self-employed lending requiring significant pre-application work, we may charge a fixed engagement fee, disclosed in writing in advance.
